西南公安部对川西公安厅至去年9月底处决数字的意见（节录）

川西公安厅，1月2日电悉：在西南军政委员会上公布的你区至去年9月底处决数16722名，系根据你们统计17789名中减去普通刑事犯与不法地主等1067名所得数字。你们在1月10日行署委员会上须口头公布处决数字，我们意见减去抑连普通刑事犯不法地主名额公布，请根据区党委指示办理即可。
